Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons:

To provide occasional updates on my activities
To enable purchases and agreements to be fulfilled

I use the information that you have given me in order to maintain a mailing list and fulfil purchases and agreements.

Your information is securely stored in digital and physical locations.

I will retain your name and contact data until it is no longer needed, subject to public interest considerations (e.g. for provenance tracing, archival records). I will then dispose of your information by digital deletion and/or physical shredding.
